A terrible experience and a thoroughly dishonest seller.
Before traveling there, I called to get clear information: I was assured over the phone that the vehicle was clean, in good condition, without any scratches, except for the rear bumper, which was supposedly slightly damaged and needed replacing. Trusting (wrongly so), I drove 90 km to see the car. The result: a complete farce.
The car was riddled with scratches absolutely everywhere: on the front, on both sides, not to mention the completely wrecked rims. It was a far cry from the "clean car" advertised. As for the rear bumper, it wasn't a scratch but a hole, clearly visible and impossible to miss.
Either the seller had never even seen his own vehicle, or he was deliberately lying to get people to travel. In either case, it's unacceptable. He showed absolutely no consideration for the time, money, or logistics of the buyers. A pointless trip, a complete waste of time, and a clear feeling of having been taken for a fool. This kind of practice gives a very bad impression and deserves to be reported. I strongly advise against it; avoid it if you don't want to waste your time with someone unreliable and dishonest.

I completely agree with the most negative reviews about this clownish garage.
I won't go into detail about all the negative points from this single experience at this garage. From the mechanic to the owner, they're all clowns with no respect for the customer.
For those who want to know why I'm so unhappy with their service for a timing belt replacement, I could tell them everything that's wrong with them... And even after returning for a complete check of the shoddy work, when I looked under the hood again, there was still plenty to say... negatively.
In any case, the owner has been warned. I'll be traveling a lot with my car in the coming weeks, and if I have any problems related to their work, they'll quickly find out what they're dealing with. Especially when you're an "authorized Stellantis or Peugeot" garage, you have a duty to complete the work from start to finish and, above all, not to take the customer for a ride.

I dropped off my car for bodywork repairs. I had made it clear that I couldn't afford large expenses, and the team was able to adapt to my situation while still delivering truly meticulous work. The body shop did a remarkable job, even going beyond what was expected!

I dropped off my C3 at Garage Hebert for headlight repair.
The handling with the expert and the insurance company was flawless.
The customer service was excellent, with attentiveness, responsiveness, and a good mood.
And of course, the repair was absolutely perfect, the paint job extremely well done, and I was pleasantly surprised to get my vehicle back clean.
