A catastrophic customer experience at Peugeot.
Two Peugeot garages, two diagnostics, and zero coordination. The first garage identified a faulty electronic control unit, but each appointment took a month. And when it finally came time for repairs, I was told it was the holidays, so I'd have to go to Montigny.
In Montigny, the control unit was replaced... but the engine fault persisted. The vehicle was returned without inspection. The result: a €2,000 bill for a fault that still persisted.
I made another appointment (another month's wait). The Versailles garage refused to take care of the rest, claiming they didn't want to repair it behind Montigny. And what about the Peugeot charter?
Back to Montigny. Appointment scheduled for September 9... then postponed to October, on the pretext that I was the one who requested the control unit replacement. Wrong: it was their colleague in Versailles.
And now they want to repeat the diagnostics. The third one. Even though I already have two diagnostic reports in hand, which I took photos of since no one officially gives them to me. Zero transparency.
I'm without a car, without a solution, and without consideration. Peugeot is a master of the art of misleading customers and making them pay for ineffective repairs. A disgrace!!!!

These days, it's increasingly rare to find a neighborhood garage in the city center. Yet, this Peugeot garage, nestled in a courtyard in the heart of Versailles, is a perfect example.
A friendly welcome, but above all, competence, professionalism, reliability, and a strong sense of service are the qualities you'll find here.
For the same price as a general garage, you get impeccable maintenance and genuine diagnostic expertise in case of a breakdown. I recommend it without reservation.

The manager is just disrespectful and malicious! My battery died, I just asked if someone could help me restart it (it took 2 minutes), the employees told me no problem but we need the manager's agreement, I went to see him: he sighed in my face and told me to wait (these employees were embarrassed), I waited in the cold for more than 20 minutes and finally, suddenly angry, he aggressively said to me "I don't have time right now, come back!!!!", I left shocked! Basically, never come to ask for help from this bitter man! He should learn to respect his employees and the cars we entrust to him because that wasn't it at all!!!!

Garage with many hidden defects, I don't recommend it...
Used vehicle purchased with all the invoices 2 weeks later, hidden defects and major registration defects made after 2 months, calling every day, I don't recommend it.
Changed 2 tires, apparently new, and after 1 month, both tires are dead...
