Terrible! They replaced the brakes on my car without my permission. Charged me 800 euros total when my original bill was going to be 300. euros.

I just had a very unpleasant experience with this seller in Buc. I purchased a Spoticar vehicle with very low mileage (3500). It is a plug-in hybrid vehicle. The vehicle was tested in electric mode and the seller advised me to use the electric for the few short trips I had to make over the next 10 days (coincidentally, this was the deadline for the "satisfied or refunded" operation). Beyond this period I drove in thermal mode and there, what a surprise: engine overheating with immediate shutdown after 2 km. Vehicle stuck on the side of the road. I immediately called the seller who told me that it was no longer his problem. The 10-day period having passed, I had to contact Citroen Assistance and Spoticar. I asked him for a repair under the 12-month Premium warranty and the loan of a vehicle. He replied that his garage's workload was such that he couldn't take the vehicle for three months and that any loan was out of the question. He added, "It's your vehicle, deal with Citroen Assistance and Spoticar; I have nothing to do with it anymore. Goodbye, sir!"
Rewinding the story after three months of wandering around Citroen garages, I'm now convinced that the seller was aware of the engine cooling system failure at the time of the sale. By encouraging me to use electric mode, he deliberately bought time so that the rather extensive repairs would be handled by Spoticar, not by him.
This Machiavellian scenario was suggested to me by Spoticar correspondents with whom I've since spoken. In this case, we would be dealing not with incompetence or corruption, but with fraud.

Disastrous experience with this garage. I bought a new vehicle for €35,800 after a generous 2% discount.
About a year later, wanting to upgrade due to a growing family, I asked to trade in my vehicle. It had 13,500 km and was in very good condition. The salesman, Mr. Vincendo, offered us €18,000, a 50% discount in 11 months!!!!! I asked him the reason for this difference, and he covered everything: the brake discs, brake pads, and the cooling system were defective. The few minor scratches all needed to be repaired...
Very dissatisfied, I went to a well-known trader who made me an offer 30% higher. I spoke to Mr. Vincendo about it, who replied that without a trade-in, he wouldn't be able to give me the 3% discount on the promotional offer.
I had to pinch myself to be sure of all this. It's incredible. How can a garage that practices such methods still exist today? How can they fleece people to such an extent without the slightest remorse?
In the end, I left Citroën.

The interpersonal skills of the salesperson I saw on Saturday, December 6, 2025, were simply disastrous.
Avoid at all costs.

Following the DS Automobiles recall campaign, I went to make an appointment to replace my airbags.
On the day, it turned out that:
- the appointment hadn't been included in the workshop's schedule,
- the workshop couldn't perform the airbag replacement,
- the workshop apparently didn't have any airbags anyway due to a supply shortage,
- at reception, I was told there was no point in rebooking; they would contact me later, with no clear prospects given the recall campaign letters.
At this Citroën dealership, it felt like we weren't part of the Stellantis group, with no ongoing recall campaign regarding life-threatening airbags.
This situation was simply incomprehensible, unacceptable, and irresponsible towards the customer.
So I went to another location, clearly not encountering any airbag shortages. The replacement was carried out without any difficulty.
This dealership appears to respect neither its customers nor the Stellantis Group's commitments and requirements. Avoid it whenever possible!
