A terrible experience. I dropped off my car because of a "STOP - Overheating" warning light and a constantly running cooling fan. Barely an hour later, they told me they wouldn't take it because "my mechanic did a bad job." Finally, they approved a quote for €1800. I heard nothing after that; I had to call myself to find out the car was ready. I picked it up: the initial problem persisted, and new ones appeared (engine jerking, loss of power, etc.). I took it back: several days without any response, then when I called, they told me these were "new, unrelated issues." A new quote for over €900, including €300 for… checking the coolant—the original problem! In summary: Incomplete diagnosis Sloppy repairs No follow-up or accountability Visual communication And to top it all off: loose bolts under the hood. Unacceptable. I strongly advise against this garage.

We entrusted my mother's vehicle to this Citroën garage in Vert-Saint-Denis for a serious breakdown, trusting a brand dealership and expecting professional, transparent, and efficient service. Unfortunately, the experience was disastrous from beginning to end. A completely unjustifiable and unreasonable one-year delay. The vehicle remained immobilized at the garage for almost a year. Initially, the repairs were supposed to take much less time, but the deadlines were constantly being pushed back. Each time we contacted them, we were kept waiting, given vague or contradictory answers, and never received a clear timeline. We very clearly felt like we were being strung along, ignored, with no consideration for the impact this had on our daily lives. Returning the vehicle in a deplorable state When the vehicle was finally returned after a year's wait, it was in a shocking state: dirty, moldy, with no attempt at cleaning or repair, and clearly neglected despite its extremely long period of inactivity. They even had a sticker and a sign that they had placed there, which remained even after the delay and wouldn't be removed. Returning a vehicle in this condition shows a complete lack of respect for the customer. Ineffective repairs and nonexistent reliability. After this long wait, the vehicle was only usable for six months before becoming unusable again. This clearly raises questions about the actual quality of the repairs performed. Waiting a year for a repair that doesn't even last is simply unacceptable. The worst part is the cost of the repairs, which was high and disproportionate to the quality of the work done, the lifespan of the repairs, and the service provided (or rather, not provided). We paid a lot for a mediocre result, an endless wait, and a vehicle returned in a deplorable state. A complete lack of professionalism Between excessive delays, disastrous communication, the condition of the vehicle, the questionable quality of the repairs, and unjustified prices, this garage demonstrates a total lack of professionalism. This level of service is unworthy of a Citroën dealership and falls far short of the standards one has the right to expect.
