The price of the last 4-year/33,000 km service is completely disproportionate to the work performed. €990 without replacing any parts other than filters (no engine air filter). €42 excluding VAT per liter of engine oil! My request for manufacturer coverage for replacing the noisy tailgate struts, submitted several weeks in advance, was ignored. I reported a noisy shock absorber when dropping off my vehicle, and it was returned to me with the note "shock absorber removal required for lubrication." Why wasn't I contacted to coordinate this with the service? The loaner vehicle has been charged since the change of ownership, which wasn't the case previously. What has become of Volvo's after-sales service?
