Super friendly and responsive. Just before leaving on vacation, our vehicle suffered the famous Citroën ADblue failure. When I contacted Citroën directly, they were more than bad and gave me a deadline of more than a month before taking care of us. The LEMASSON garage did everything possible to carry out the repair in two days and they managed everything for the Citroën takeover. In addition, I had a rearview mirror problem, they repaired it without telling me or making me pay. Honestly, at the top with a great sense of service. A big, big thank you.

The online sale went smoothly; everything was handled perfectly for on-time delivery, and the icing on the cake was airport pickup.

I went to this garage because I needed to show them my vehicle before making an appointment.
The receptionist didn't even greet me, continuing her phone conversation (a customer follow-up call, I assume) with an accountant for several minutes.
Someone came up behind me, and I thought she was going to help us, but no, I had to interrupt her conversation, apologize, and ask someone to assist me (I had my car in the driveway and my son in my arms). Where has customer service gone? Disappointed.
