A flat tire brought me to this center. Bad news: it couldn't be repaired…and that particular model wasn't in stock. So, a huge thank you to the team who not only took care of my vehicle immediately but also fitted a spare tire (since I didn't have one in my car) so I could get back on the road! Thank you for your good humor, your professionalism, and your excellent customer service.

I used to get my tires changed at this place, and all my vehicles were serviced there. But one fine morning, while my Espace was on the lift and an apprentice was changing the tires, (from the waiting room) I heard the sound of a pneumatic tightening mechanism, then nothing! The apprentice came over to me and said, "Your locking wheel nut just broke, and it wasn't me!" Of course, the only thing you need to know is that a locking wheel nut is only tightened by hand (with a cross wrench, for example). So, after paying (the manager didn't react at all), I still left with only 3 nuts instead of 4. IT'S APPALLING! I won't be going back. Other places will welcome you with open arms and much better service. So: ——>> 🥺 I don't recommend it 🥺
