I went in with an urgent problem with my car overheating and I was leaving next morning. They tried to give me an appointment for 15 days later. I just hope it completes the journey

I entrusted my vehicle to them for the simple replacement of the Takata airbags, as part of a manufacturer recall. The result: a quote of over €9,000 for repairs I didn't request, on a vehicle worth only €3,000.
Worse still: they refused to return my car without me paying €170 for a diagnostic check, carried out without my authorization. I categorically refused. In the end, I had to wait two weeks to get my vehicle back, instead of the promised one-day turnaround.
When I finally got it back, it was covered in bird droppings, even though it had been clean when I arrived.
Outrageous service, exorbitant prices, and an attitude bordering on illegality. I strongly advise against this establishment. Avoid it at all costs!
R: I would like to point out that I repeatedly requested explanations regarding the condition of the vehicle as well as information about the work performed. Despite my efforts, including contacting Citroën customer service, the garage refused to get in touch with me.
Under these circumstances, it's inaccurate to say that you shouldn't hesitate to contact them for more details: it simply wasn't possible. This lack of transparency and responsiveness is unacceptable.
Citroën customer service itself acknowledged this problem and apologized for the garage's lack of professionalism. This speaks volumes about the quality of service I received.
