I just bought a used C3 from this dealership, and I'm very happy with it.
The welcome you receive upon entering the dealership is very warm, the staff are very welcoming and professional. They do everything they can to make your experience pleasant.
The sales manager is a true professional; you can tell he loves his job, which is a big plus. He's a very pleasant and professional person.
I recommend this dealership 100%.

Good professionals, the diagnosis and support for my vehicle were extremely fast (3 days for a major breakdown). A commercial gesture was made, which is appreciable.
I also note the sympathy and competence of the staff.
It's worth taking a little detour (former national) to get to this Citroën dealership on a human scale :-)

We are very disappointed with this dealership. They had advertised a car, and after only two hours, we called and were told that someone ahead of us had an appointment for a week later and that we couldn't see the car right away (we wanted to buy it immediately). Okay, that's understandable. We said that if the gentleman didn't buy it, we would go and get it ourselves. We figured that once his appointment was over, they would call us and tell us what had happened. Their appointment was scheduled for Thursday (July 18th), and they called us on Wednesday to tell us that someone else had come, liked the car, and bought it, even though we had the option of picking it up on Monday. They said they had decided to "stay loyal to the person who was supposed to come on Thursday." This is extremely unprofessional, and from an official car dealership, not a private seller.

After the engine warning light came on in our Ford Focus during our holiday trip, we made a surprise visit to this garage to see if they could help us.
After a pleasant and professional welcome, we only had to wait a few minutes before being seen.
After the diagnosis, we were informed of the problem. Unfortunately, we couldn't continue our holiday journey. We could only get home. Since it was a Citroën garage, they didn't have the part in stock, so they couldn't fix it. However, they clearly explained the problem.
Thank you again for taking care of our vehicle. A place to remember.
