Terrible welcome. The receptionist kept their eyes down at a large notebook and turned a page every now and then, without once looking up at the customer to ask them to wait. After 10 minutes, as if I didn't exist, I left.

I highly recommend this garage. The mechanics are very customer-focused and demonstrate exemplary professionalism. The manager is very customer-oriented and committed to providing excellent service, including follow-up on repairs. These repairs were carried out successfully at a reasonable price that beats the competition from similar brands in Orléans. It makes sense to get a good car service and diagnostic done locally when the price is ultimately lower here than in the city.

I've been buying all my garden equipment from him for years; the owner always gives great advice and helps you find the best product. Super professional, I highly recommend him.

Absolutely avoid this garage! They couldn't care less about the customer. They were all busy chatting amongst themselves, and no one answered questions. The receptionist did her best, but no one listened. I don't think they wanted to work. So, no appointments. I strongly advise everyone to do the same.
