A lady who was working on a Sunday here was an absolute movie star. When our 2023 Peugeot needed ad blue and was threatening an engine shut down if not filled. We did buy 10 litres and fill it but obviously it needed more than we filled. So we googled the nearest dealership and she opened up the back and machine filled our car so we could continue on our journey back to Paris.
This woman is a credit to this business and it’s service standards.

I had my Fiat 600e service appointment and was greeted by Marine, who was very professional and pleasant. She offered me a coffee and access to a desk so I could work during the appointment. She clearly explained the entire process and was very accommodating. My time constraints were respected. Impeccable service!

After receiving my vehicle for the second time, I noticed fingerprints on the door pillars, which is regrettable for a vehicle that was supposed to be meticulously prepared.
Regarding the floor mats, which cost €48, they are not the correct size for my vehicle. Despite several follow-ups with the salesperson, no concrete progress has been made to date, clearly giving the impression that my request is not being taken seriously.
This experience leaves a very negative impression of the customer service and quality control.
A clear lack of professionalism.
