Customer Experience – Vierzon Dealership
Hello,
We visited the Vierzon dealership today without an appointment, as part of a project to purchase a new vehicle.
We were greeted very quickly by Tom, who listened attentively and asked relevant questions to fully understand our needs.
The meeting was excellent: constructive discussions, tailored proposals, and remarkable professionalism.
We are currently in the review phase to formalize and validate Mr. Tom's proposal.
Our choice will, of course, be guided by the quality of the vehicle, but also—and I particularly wanted to emphasize this—by the quality of the welcome, Tom's availability, and his support. Well done to him, and I hope to have the pleasure of placing an order soon.

All the staff are efficient and fantastic, and I would particularly like to thank Carlos from the workshop for his professionalism and efficiency. After a flat tire, he did everything he could to change my tires within hours so I could get back on the road to work, as I'm a salesman. Thanks again!
