We broke down two weeks ago on our way home to the U.K. fortunately for us we found Garage Francis Auto Services. When other garages had been little help we arrived disheartened but the car was seen straight away and the lovely staff tried to help us with different solutions for getting home. We finally decided to leave the car with them and return in a couple of weeks to collect it. Luckily they kindly accommodated us and the car was ready and repaired on the agreed date. Couldn’t recommend Francis Autos enough. Merci Beaucoup ☺️

Great garage! The receptionist was very attentive and helpful in explaining the costs on my bill. It's really reassuring when you're not familiar with cars. The prices are quite reasonable. I highly recommend it!

I've never seen a garage like this, and yet I'm 77 years old!
Everything is top-notch. You're greeted by a charming person who doesn't just schedule an appointment. I was struck by their knowledge of vehicles. And above all, they show you what you're going to change. For us, 4.4 tires.
A garage specialist came to look at our car, showed us the wear, and together we searched the internet for references for several brands and their performance.
Very good advice.
Fair prices.
And the workshop is just as professional. They call you to tell you what they've discovered. They advise you without obliging you.

A huge thank you to the entire team at Francis Auto! We broke down in the middle of the night, right in front of their garage, and as soon as they opened in the morning, they took care of us with incredible kindness.
They immediately offered us coffee, something to eat, and even let us use the restroom, which was truly comforting after such a difficult night. One of their colleagues took the time to help us contact our insurance company and find a solution, even though they were short-staffed due to the holidays.
They weren't obligated to do all this, but they did it with kindness and efficiency. They are truly wonderful, caring, and available professionals. Thank you again for everything! 🙏
