Excellent service, seriously impressed. I thought the battery was dead but rather than just selling me a battery like I asked they tested it, tested it some more, diagnosed the alternator, spent about an hour working out what alternator it took (they probably don't see a lot of Transits and there's a lot of choice), ordered it in, had it fitted by 11 the next morning and it's been fine since. And one lad offered to drive us into town to the hotel. Price was reasonable too. Really good service.

Hello I got quotes in Vierzon and Chartres for the same service (oil change and spark plugs). There was an €80 difference (Vierzon was more expensive). I took my car in with a burnt-out high beam bulb on Saturday, January 3rd. The reception was lukewarm, but the car was ready on time. Everything was fine on the 70-point check... Not even a bulb to change... I dropped off the same car today in Chartres to change the bulb: brake fluid needs changing, fuel injectors need cleaning, front tires need replacing, shock absorbers are shot, and the wheel alignment needs adjusting 🙄. This is really unacceptable.

Avoid after an oil change and after 130km, two warning lights came on because there was too much oil. I had to go to the nearest garage to have the oil removed. It wasn't very professional. I don't recommend this garage at all.

Four tires changed today, ordered online, everything went smoothly, no complaints. At the checkout, the initial welcome wasn't very warm, but I noticed something worth mentioning: the gentleman at the counter, whom I found a bit cold towards me, took a lot of time and care with an elderly customer who had come in with an older car. I was in the waiting area and saw how attentively and respectfully he looked after him. Frankly, I appreciated this gesture. Well done to him, and best of luck to the whole team. He'll surely recognize himself: I'm the owner of the Kia.
