We leased a vehicle from this dealership in May, and everything went smoothly at the time of purchase.
All we had to do was receive the registration certificate, but we're still waiting for it six months later.
Despite numerous calls, we haven't received any clear answers about the reason for the delay, nor any written confirmation of who is handling the case. Everyone is very friendly, but there's no proof of any progress.
Meanwhile, we're constantly being contacted by our insurance company, which is waiting for us to provide the registration certificate.
