Horrible service. Car with a minor defect is there since two weeks, the communication between insurance and me is good and quick but they seem to have a weird communication problem and can't find emails, don't inform you about the proceedings, they never - yes, NEVER! - call back when you ask for it multiple times. When appearing there in person you are fobbed off in a despising way with unclear and short answers, obviously with a professional fake friendliness and a smirk grin. Would have been cheaper to go to any small workshop and change the part there instead of paying for a rental car for the time since the accident.

I went there urgently to have my AC checked. I was very tense because I was expecting something to be wrong with the car with a potentially high bill. In fact the car just needed a recharge and I was impressed with the kindness and professionalism of the staff. Especially the lady working there. I will definitely go back for my car maintenance.
