Non-existent customer service on a Saturday for a premium brand.
Salespeople sitting in front of their computers, not one of them moving. I needed information about an EV charger and was politely told to come back on Monday… I think an investment in customer driver training wouldn't be a bad idea!

No welcome and after exchanges, no consideration for the customer. 1 month to get a quote for a manufacturing defect in varnish. Afterwards, according to them (well, 1 person), your car should not sleep in the sun and especially avoid bird brides!
