What a disgrace! I bought a car and there's a problem, and I got no response while I was skiing (thanks for leaving your customers like this!). Once I finally knew it was the spark plugs and not the battery, as the workshop manager had tried to tell me 45 times (even though I already knew it was the spark plugs!), I finally learned it wasn't the battery. (Probably because he wasn't experienced enough to change them himself for fear of breaking them in the engine.) And to top it all off, it's not covered under warranty, not even the labor or anything, even though the car was only bought a month and a half ago! Not to mention the salesman who sold me the car but is completely clueless about vehicles and couldn't even offer a discount. In short, a fine team, just like we're used to seeing in 2026.
While we're at it, let's talk about the subtle theft they pull off when you buy a car with their "standard and fuel package," which costs 50 euros for fuel, even though not a single drop was added. I took a picture of the fuel gauge before and after; nothing was added.
And the standard package, which includes a wash and oil change... the car was already clean after the wash, but when you look closely, it's anything but! (There was dust under the seats, and I even found a workshop rag, thanks a lot!) All this for 239 euros! An absolute disgrace. Avoid this garage at all costs.
Oh yes! I almost forgot the best part: it's a 2010 car, and they didn't want to do the timing belt kit on the vehicle from the start, even though it's 16 years old, according to the workshop manager (it's okay, it only has 66,000 km). Anyone who knows their job knows it's shameful to say things like that to a customer who's just bought a car. We all know perfectly well that the timing belt kit needs replacing! So it was another battle where I had to negotiate, but you really had to be determined, so shame on you.

I arrived without an appointment in the morning for maintenance on my company 308, which required approval from the rental company. The workshop manager was very friendly and efficient, and the work was carried out immediately. I was able to leave with the car quickly. Thank you to the whole team.

Terrible customer service. Very poorly trained staff. What's more, they don't even cover Peugeot safety repairs.
They never answer the phone.
