I had rented a 2019 Captur for 3 months from Renault Europe. After about 4 weeks the power window switch on the rear passenger door came loose and fell down inside the door when a friend tried to open the window. We drove to this dealership to see what could be done. My French was not as good as the Service Manager's English but we managed to communicate the problem. My door was fixed quickly and we were on our way in 10 minutes. I would highly recommend this dealership. Thanks for getting us back on the road.

Rented a car here after landing in Leognans-Saucats. Everything went without any problems, everybody was superfriendly, good price also!

After twenty minutes of waiting I left with my broken car to bring it to another Renault dealership. Zero service and zero welcoming. Never again.
