We were seen very quickly, even in an emergency, so we could get home. The welcome was very warm. I highly recommend this garage; they are very professional and take the time to clearly explain the problems and the necessary repairs.

A superb garage with extremely kind people. I got a flat tire at home the day before leaving for vacation. After being turned down several times by other garages, I arrived at Garage Placido, who kindly welcomed me at 12 p.m. to repair my tire immediately.
The mechanic was very kind, added a wick, and even had the professionalism to check my oil and windshield washer fluid levels, having informed him I was driving that evening.
I highly recommend this garage for their welcome, their kindness, and their love of their job, as it's increasingly rare to meet people who are so compassionate and not so focused on profit.

I changed my belt, taking the time to inquire about the prices when booking my appointment.
Pleasant welcome, very competitive rates, and a workshop manager who is honest with his customers.
Our second car will now be repaired there.

How lucky I was to come across Mr. Placido, he didn't take any cars, he was closing for Christmas. I broke down in the middle of Bordeaux, no garage wanted to take my car, it was an engine oil problem, it came from the Citroën garage in St Brévin les Pins 44. He still agreed to take it, what a relief, I had called at least 15 garages. He called me at 8 p.m. the next day, saying, you can drive away with it, it was a mistake by your garage who put the oil filter back on incorrectly, what a relief for me.
He repaired it despite his lack of time, I must have been lucky to come across a human man above all. Because I was distraught, no garage, the assistance wouldn't take my car. So I recommend this Citroën garage 300/100 because, in addition to being competent, they were humane. I would also say that their secretary is great, funny, approachable, just like their boss.
