My Kia was left for a week for bodywork and mechanical repairs. After a week, the mechanical work still hadn't been done. I left it for two more days... When I picked it up, what a surprise! One of the paint jobs wasn't the same color, and one door hadn't been repainted. On top of that, the door lock cover was missing, and it was impossible to open the passenger door from the inside. The appointment was rescheduled for two weeks later. Two complicated weeks lay ahead with the passenger door only being able to be opened from the outside (my wife was starting to get a taste for it, by the way). The second appointment finally came to an end (I won't bore you with the details of the initial Tuesday pickup, the phone call on Monday at 4:30 PM with a firm demand to come in before 6 PM on Monday...). When I got the car back, the door still had dents, but the rest was repaired. I decided to leave it at that. Their incompetence and your bossy tone on the phone won them the game. In short, never again.

Excellent garage with outstanding after-sales service. I would like to thank Mr. Cornu, the salesman who sold us the vehicle and who remained responsive nine months after the purchase regarding a minor issue. He handled all the repairs efficiently and completely. Garages like this are hard to find in the Somme region anymore! Well done to the whole team! I will definitely return with confidence for my next purchase.

I was involved in a traffic accident with my vehicle on September 10, 2025. My car was taken to the Krystal Opel garage in Villeneuve d'Ascq, where it is usually serviced. A perfect welcome, regular follow-up with initial contact, and I quickly received a courtesy car while the repairs were being carried out. I received my vehicle back less than five weeks after the accident, even though it was undergoing a VGE procedure. Thank you for your responsiveness and professionalism (thank you, Alexandra, and thank you to the mechanic in charge of our vehicle).

I confirm that I left two messages for your virtual assistant and one for a real person who must have passed them on. We'll see what happens... I've only been trying to reach you for three weeks.
