I arrived in Lille from the UK with a faulty rear door shutting mechanism on my Mercedes GLS next day I called Mercedes-Benz SAGA LILLE and the receptionist told me to drive to the garage ( not the normal …. “ we are too busy right now to help “ which I was expecting:-) . From then on it just got better and better 😎🏆 Guilluame ( service / engineering department) speaking fluent English set to work and didn’t stop until it was ready the next day at 0800 hours - it was very impressive as Guilluame kept me informed of his progress every step of the way which was very reassuring for our 4 hour drive into Holland once I collected the car.
Our thanks again for all the people who helped us on a very warm two days at Mercedes-Benz SAGA LILLE 🏆🏆🏆🏆🏆🏆

Great service especially by the technician Guillaume. Who was a great help in a difficult situation.
Rare to meet professional people like Guillaume who really have empathy and understanding for the customers and there problems 🙏

What a find. We had just arrived in France when we encountered an issue with our car. After speaking with our breakdown company, we took ourselves off to Mercedes Benz in Lille, to solve the problem. We met Oscar, who spoke very good English and he was so helpful, even offering to take us himself into Lille to find a hotel if they could fix our car that day. However, the garage staff managed to locate the part required, fitted it straight away, valeted the car to a very high standard before we were on our way to start our holiday. I cannot describe how pleased we were with this garage and Oscar. An email direct to MB will be sent to compliant them.

Excellent service. Reception staff did not speak English however another member of staff did. Got our issue sorted quickly and we were on the road again.
