A top-notch garage! The tire pressure sensor on one of my C4's wheels had been faulty for a long time and was out of stock at Citroën. The garage monitored their stock for several months until it was available again. They called me immediately to schedule an appointment. It's a level of service I've never experienced anywhere else. A huge thank you! The work was completed on time, and the cost was quoted upfront, which is so rare. I used to have my car serviced at Citroën Pacha in Chelles for a long time; those crooks will never see me again. I recommend WP AUTOS 100%.

The company and its staff are very professional and attentive.
I picked up my service truck today for servicing, and I've never had it in such good condition, and God knows how badly company trucks are treated.
They fixed a rear bumper problem for me, even though I forgot to ask.
I highly recommend them, and I'll only go to them from now on. 👍

I'm affected by the airbag campaign. I went in on August 6th to schedule a replacement appointment. I was told it would take two weeks and I'd be contacted again. It's now August 9th, and there's no word from the garage. I had to call myself, but they told me the part wasn't available. Meanwhile, I've received three letters from Citroën asking me to stop driving my vehicle immediately.
I called the Citroën garage in Aulnay, and within two minutes, they offered an appointment in less than two weeks...
Not serious at all, avoid it...

Very efficient and welcoming garage. I called last night, Thursday, about a problem with the electric window mechanism and another issue (a CV joint that needed replacing). To my great surprise, they were able to fix everything today, Friday.
I highly recommend this garage.
