Extremely disappointed. We have had our car serviced and maintained at this garage for years, and now that we have an engine problem, the only response is, "Sir, I don't have an appointment for 6 weeks, figure it out yourself. It doesn't change anything that you are a loyal customer, we'll have others."

I put 1 cross because 0 is not possible ...... my partner bought 1 car which she received at the end of November 2024 and she returned the other one the same day, it is April and she is now paying for both vehicles because they are not able to close the file for the old car. supposedly there are missing papers when she keeps sending them. they do not respond to emails and the salesman Mr Kittel is incredibly incompetent. it is April and there are still the two direct debits that fall on the account ...... the 208 has already been to the garage 4 times for update defects ...... RUN AWAY FROM THIS GARAGE

What a welcome!!! Unbelievable! Whatever you do, don't go there if your car breaks down. We knew what the problem was, but they wanted to run a diagnostic check, told us they were swamped, and when we asked for a recommendation for a competitor, they said they don't work with anyone. In short, avoid them at all costs, if only for the unpleasant service. Luckily, another garage helped us out, and not only were they quick, but they were also honest and kind enough to make us glad we were turned away by the first one. In short, this garage is full of themselves.
