I'd just like to know if it's normal to notice that my locking wheel nuts aren't tightened properly. I realized it when I saw that one nut was sticking out more than a centimeter from my wheel. I unscrewed it by hand! It annoyed me a bit, and I had to check if all the nuts on my vehicle were tight.

I broke down on the motorway in early July due to engine overheating. I'm only giving one star for the towing and the initial reception. A few days later, I received a call informing me that the engine was beyond repair and, given the age of my car, that it was best not to repair it but to have it scrapped, which left me skeptical. I never received a quote, and contacting the garage again to get the car back was extremely difficult. My parents and I then asked if we could come and collect the vehicle with a flatbed truck, but this was apparently impossible. We finally went in person, and the people at reception seemed extremely surprised that we wanted to get my car back. Based on what we were told by both the mechanics and the reception staff, I honestly thought they wanted to keep my car and that I would never see it again. The engine is running perfectly and the car drives flawlessly; it simply needed the fan replaced and the coolant topped up—two things that are apparently complicated for this garage.
