No consideration whatsoever, which is a shame. They insist on blocking the deposit for a rental car (returned after 1 day of use and 25km driven), and consequently deliberately render our credit card unusable at another rental agency.

I called the garage because my C1 wouldn't start and the brake pedal was stuck. The mechanic found the problem.
He was also very polite and friendly!
