Serge is super friendly and, above all, extremely competent. It's great to see that we can still rely on professionals in the automotive field without getting ripped off or scammed, as is unfortunately the case in quite a few dealerships...

I received extremely poor service when I called to inquire about warranty coverage for my ABS unit, which had already been repaired seven months earlier by the previous owner of my vehicle.
This man was incredibly condescending and disrespectful, repeatedly claiming I couldn't read an invoice in a very aggressive tone. He repeatedly threatened to greet me, and I quote, "with sticks."
I also called again this morning (Friday, April 2, 2021) to ask if they were open so I could finally drop off my ABS unit. I received the same treatment and threats, being told they were open this afternoon. However, when I arrived at 5:00 PM (they were supposed to close at 6:00 PM), they were closed, after driving almost 50 km for nothing! And apparently, I wasn't the only customer surprised to find it closed so early; according to another customer, it had been closed since at least 4:00 PM. We all left empty-handed.
I wouldn't recommend this garage to anyone! Go anywhere else if you don't want to be treated like this and waste your time! I won't be getting my engine repaired there, and so much for my warranty! I'll get one elsewhere, and I trust it!
PS: A report has been filed with headquarters to report this intolerable behavior. My complaint has been taken very seriously, and it will not go unanswered.

It's a very good garage, the owner is very competent and pleasant.
