AVOID AT ALL COSTS! Their professionalism is appalling! I was supposed to have my car repaired three days ago because my insurance company partners with this garage, but when you're a partner, you try to do your job!!
My insurance company submitted an initial request and gave me the number of the on-call mechanic to call and find out when he would arrive (someone from Vouziers). I was stranded 30 minutes from Vouziers, but this man clearly told me on the phone that he wouldn't come because, and I quote, "it's too far," even though I was 30 MINUTES AWAY!!!!! I asked him if he couldn't make an effort because I was really in a bind, but he told me a second time, and I quote, "I'm not going to come out, plus I haven't eaten yet." In that case, you should try not to put someone on call or at least provide something to eat. Sorry, sir, I didn't plan on breaking down during your meal!!!!
So I called my insurance company a second time to explain the situation and 20 minutes later I got through to a second breakdown service (which turned out to be another garage called Presse) who accepted the job (I thought, "Great, sir, he's finished eating!"). I waited an hour in my car for nothing because he never showed up! I agree with some of the comments that the person I spoke to on the phone was incredibly rude! Should they consider a career change? Yes, I think so, but definitely not one involving customer service!
I hope you enjoyed your meal, sir, and believe me, this isn't going to be good publicity ;)

The repairman at this garage who should have helped us last night was rude and not at all professional. When he arrived on the scene after a 45-minute wait (car in the middle of the road with a ball joint and universal joint that had dislocated from the wheel), he said, "I refuse the job. I still have 4 or 5 cars to repair. I have too much work. Call your insurance again. Have a good evening." and he left, leaving us like that with the car in the middle of the road. He stayed for 3 minutes in total before leaving.
Unacceptable, absurd, I have no words for the way he spoke to us and his behavior. Leaving people like that and the car in the middle of the road is extremely dangerous and irresponsible. I would never go to your place for a repair. This gentleman's work and behavior should be reviewed. Shameful. We had to wait. 1h30 more in traffic to avoid an accident before being able to get the car repaired by all the neighbors in our village who helped us.
