Our Second Leasing Experience: Excellence in Cheix-en-Retz
We recently acquired our second vehicle on a family lease, and we are absolutely delighted with our experience at the Renault dealership in Cheix-en-Retz.
First of all, a huge thank you to Jérôme (Sales Representative), who truly listens to our needs and is always very available. He gave us excellent advice.
A huge shout-out to Anthony (Department Manager): he's absolutely fantastic! Approachable, he explains things clearly, interacts with people, and actively listens. He's a real hard worker and passionate about what he does, which makes all the difference.
The overall service is also worth mentioning. Thank you to the two employees for their professionalism and their smiles. It's wonderful to finally find a dealership that truly cares about its customers in the current climate.
We are very happy with our two cars. The rest of the partnership throughout the rental period is off to a great start.
Although they are quite far from our home, we didn't hesitate for a second, as they are so much more professional than the garage in our area. Their friendly and straightforward approach allowed us to put aside a very bad experience we had elsewhere.

First experience a success. After getting quotes for an oil change on my diesel car, I decided to use them. Their prices were reasonable compared to another garage, and they were very welcoming. Good value for money. They've become our go-to garage for all our vehicle maintenance.

This garage was recommended by colleagues, and I wasn't disappointed at all. The service and workshop were excellent, and my car left running better than when I arrived, which wasn't always the case with my previous garage. Plus, it's spotless on the outside!
