My vehicle was taken care of incredibly quickly! The manager is attentive, kind, and very professional. You can tell he loves his job and respects his customers. I highly recommend him.

The garage mechanic came after a breakdown. The repairs were carried out without my agreement or signature. Only a quote was requested, and it was never sent to me. The manager justified it by saying it was a "kindness" to have ordered and repaired the parts as quickly as possible.
Nevertheless, the repair was done correctly.
In 2025, before any repair, the customer's agreement must be obtained, regardless of the repair!

* Regarding the loaner vehicle service, it falls far short of Renault standards: The loaner vehicle was dirty and uncleaned (dog hair on all the seats and even in the trunk, obviously with the smell, because that wouldn't be so funny!). So yes, it's certainly the fault of the customers (who are disrespectful), but also of the garage, which doesn't bother to check the returned vehicles and, of course, clean them before the next customer if necessary ;-)
