I dropped my car off at their garage for repairs. The repairs took several days, and to compensate for the downtime, they lent me a courtesy car.
To begin with:
- No vehicle condition report was conducted in my presence at the time of loan, with both parties noting the damage and signing the report (the first day's observation was that the car was damaged on the front left).
- After four days of repairs, I returned the courtesy car, and upon receiving it, the mechanic expressed surprise at its condition and blamed me!
I immediately contested this, as I hadn't used the courtesy car at all, and it was parked in a secure lot precisely to avoid this kind of problem! After consulting with other colleagues, he realized that the car had been damaged by the previous owner.
Without any shame, he offered no apology whatsoever for the inconvenience caused.
One thing is for sure: I won't be back, but my advice is, "Do a thorough inspection with photos of the courtesy vehicles, because I'm sure this isn't the first time this has happened!"

I recently purchased a car at Renault La Martinoire
and I am very satisfied with my experience. The staff was welcoming and professional, taking the time to answer all my questions and helping me choose the perfect model for my needs. The dealership offered a wide selection of vehicles and the prices were competitive.
Again, a big thank you to everyone!

Where to begin?
A quote that was never sent as requested.
We went to the garage to make an appointment, sending a text message from GGP Auto that supposedly gave us a 20% discount on the car service. The owner spent 15 minutes poring over the fine print, trying to find THE loophole that would allow them to avoid giving us the discount (he found nothing but finally told us, "We'll see about that at the appointment").
We clearly felt like we were bothering them; they addressed us informally.
We ended up canceling the appointment because we didn't feel comfortable.
And let's not even mention the signs: "€5 for tire pressure," "storage fees," "you must put fuel in the loaner car and show proof of purchase, otherwise €20 will be added to the bill"... Money, money, money—that's all they care about!
In other words, run away while you can.

The gentleman who receives people continues to speak with a colleague and does not take care of the customer; it is not professional or polite.

I've been waiting since this morning for an update on my car, no news at all. I went to the garage only to be told they can't do anything... I don't even have time to figure out a solution myself.
Thank you so much! You're incredibly efficient...
