Engine failure on my Captur due to using the wrong fuel. While the garage where I bought the car quoted me a three-week wait, Salengro Garage completed the repairs in two days. While some mechanics quoted me up to €2,000, Salengro Garage carried out the necessary repairs without inflating the cost. In short, I highly recommend this garage for their professionalism and honesty.

They tried to scam me, but I didn't give in. And of course, you either accept being scammed or you get insulted: 1/ A few months ago, I went to the owner's wife's garage in Santes (it was closed, and I understand better why the employees left). They couldn't find the fault, swapped the injectors, and asked me to come back to see what the diagnostic results were after a few weeks/months. 2/ I called back before coming to make sure they weren't going to charge me a second time and reassured me that this was just a follow-up since they couldn't have identified the fault the first time, and it would be at a different garage, not the same one, but I shouldn't worry. 3/ On the phone, the manager's wife (very unpleasant) gave me a quote of €700 (including the replacement of the pressure sensor, which had to be removed since the pressure sensor attached to the vaporizer holder was no longer available.... ==> Bad luck for her scam = my pressure sensor was already removed and I knew it :) and then she dared to answer me: I hadn't seen your vehicle!!!! But???? What nerve! And then she told me, "OK, so it would be €575 instead of €700" (are we in a market or what?) 4/ I smelled a scam, I told them I was going to get my vehicle back, and then she told me I'd have to pay €60. (They're trying to swindle until the end!)... Not being a sucker, I insisted on not paying, of course, and I calmly explained the reasons. 5/ She comes up with all sorts of nonsense, but it's hilarious. Her dear husband arrives, trying to intimidate me, but it doesn't work. He threatens to break down the vehicle again (telling me about a fairly common problem with LPGs, but which didn't correspond at all to the problem I'd come in for (he thought I had the orange LPG light). So I understand that they hadn't checked anything on the car and just wanted to rip me off. 6/ I threaten to call the police 👮, and he tells me, "Go ahead, get your shitty car, or I'll f*** you up." I leave happy because he didn't manage to rip me off. Bottom line: don't let yourself be intimidated, don't let yourself be ripped off, double-check the repairs announced, and it's not for nothing that the employees fled the Santes garage, which closed. Good luck to the Salengro employees...

A small Renault garage with a very pleasant manager and staff. The manager is absolutely not pushy (quite the opposite). Furthermore, it's possible to get a loaner car (including a beautiful, brand-new Clio, a real gem). I highly recommend them. I've been going to Garage Salengro since my first car (20 years ago), and despite the change of management a few years ago, I've never had any problems. He explains things clearly. I find him very kind (except until he brings the bill) and pleasant. I thank him very much for taking such good care of my car.
