Following a breakdown on the way to our holiday, the team who gave us a very warm welcome did everything possible to carry out the repair with impeccable responsiveness, with a smile and good humor, despite the work overload. Thanks to them, we arrived safely in Brittany, we thank them warmly and recommend this garage.

We broke down with two young children... The entire team went above and beyond to provide a wonderful welcome and do everything they could to ensure we were comfortable while we waited for the insurance to resolve the issue and to have the car repaired as quickly as possible... A promise of a successful vacation.

I got my car back after it had been in for repairs for a month, and the very next day it broke down again for the same reason. The manager of the garage left us waiting for over a month without any updates, and when I mentioned contacting my legal assistance, she deigned to reimburse us for the second repair, but not without making some unpleasant remarks. I absolutely do not recommend this garage; the repair was terrible (€705) and the customer service was appalling!

Very appreciable, my Twingo wasn't ready at the scheduled time, a loaner car was waiting for me. I won't change garages and yet I don't live in Moulins.

Communication with the garage, the quality of the repairs carried out, and the price are all very positive points. The only negative point is the wait time for an appointment/repair following a breakdown.
