Just passing through for a "phantom" breakdown.
They took the time to look and didn't want to replace parts just for the sake of it.
Very reasonable prices.
I highly recommend this establishment!

Great welcome, and from the first exchanges you can feel the passion bursting from all sides. We dig a little deeper and it's the experience and mastery that appears. I'm very happy to have found people to whom I can entrust my first motorcycle with my eyes closed. Having information on the design of the Himalayan, the factories, the quality tests, the spare parts... it's not given to just any dealership. These passionate people from Annecy live royally 😁👌👍. Plus there are bikes everywhere, a feast for the eyes. Fast and efficient for the service, I would come back without asking questions.

There's a great selection of motorcycles!
The shop is very welcoming; you really feel immersed in the Indian atmosphere.

Let me set the scene: my wife, my son, and I stumbled into this magnificent showroom by chance. (We had an appointment nearby.)
We were greeted by Max, a Royal Enfield expert. Even though I don't yet have my motorcycle license, his welcome, information, and advice were exceptional. We were able to chat about our passions, motorcycles (of course), and discuss customization and the possibility of approved modifications for a future purchase. A true enthusiast who really understands customer service. And all this at very attractive prices 😊.
I plan to get my license this year, but I haven't found a motorcycle school yet. However, I definitely know where I'm going to buy my first bike!
I recommend it 10,000%!
