Hello,
Usually, I don't leave a comment when I'm disappointed; I simply prefer not to come back.
But this time, I'm truly disappointed.
I came to change both tires on my MP3, with a quote of less than €200, on second-party tires. The mechanic told me that Michelins were too expensive.
I trusted him and accepted.
Two hours later, I found myself with a bill for €369, including welding the seat sensor harness, adjusting the forks, installing the front tires and front pads...
Let's just say that it might be a lot of work that needed to be done, I can understand that, but at the very least, they should have warned me before doing it. Maybe some things needed to be done, but if I don't have the budget, I should be able to choose. I found myself face to face with the kind little lady at the reception desk, who simply told me the amount, without knowing what to say, while the mechanic, rather coldly, explained what he had done.
I understood the explanations, but why didn't they call me first? A simple phone call to ask if I wanted or could do the repairs would have been enough.
In short, I was really disappointed.

I've been a customer for years, having purchased two scooters, and I'll be back. Always a wonderful welcome, valuable advice, and extraordinary service. I highly recommend them. So if you need to buy a two-wheeler, have it serviced, or have some repairs done, come here, you won't be disappointed!

I just picked up my CV3 and received a very warm welcome from the very professional staff who take the time to care for their customers, from the presentation of the bike to the departure (even the loading assistance).
I took the opportunity to purchase some motorcycle equipment.
A smartphone holder, installed directly by them, a helmet (reflective strip installed by the dealership), and gloves.
Their attention to detail is truly appreciated.
Coming from Brittany, I was not disappointed with my remote order.
I recommend this dealership without hesitation.
