During our travel I got a punctured tyre and was in need of an immediate replacement (drove to a bigger city with inflating every 40min). The lady on the phone explained to me, that the mechanics will only be available one hour after opening (to check if they had the tyre dimension on stock and when/if they could do it). When she asked about the model and I stated Triumph, she immediately replied that they are an official BMW partner and as such do the repairs only on BMW. I couldn't believe my ears (and still can't believe it now and just hope that she actually just don't know what they are doing). Travelling through whole Europe and now Morocco within twenty years of motorcycling I've never experienced to be turnt down as not being the "right brand", especially not in the case of a punctured tire and in need of help. Yes, there are other dealers in proximity and we found one, but this experience is just a big no, no BMW = no help... They seem to earn enough money through the brand, and I will gladly give mine to them who help without brand restrictions!

Huge shout out to Auvergne Touring BMW staff. While on touring France and Spain, had a problem with the bike, went in without appointment and in a matter of 2h I was back on the road. Very pleased with the service and staff. Keep it up!

Just want to say these guys went above and beyond there job description
I’m travelling down from London to Spain and I was staying the night in a hotel in the region I went to start my gs in the morning and nothing happened I tried calling the bmw motorrad roadside assistance but couldn’t get any response after 20 mins of calling I did a google search and saw these guys was 20min walk away so off I went
I hit there explained what’s going on
A sales guy a mechanic jumped in the van took me to my bike got it started then waited for me to get ready and I followed them back to the dealership where they tested the battery saw it was shot and replaced it under warranty all in 1 hour
I can’t thank these guys enough they have saved my road trip
If bmw give out awards they should definitely receive one

Good place for a lot of vehicles but servicing is very expensive like other German brands
