Selling vehicles is no problem.
However, after-sales service is a real disaster, since they've chosen not to keep any stock whatsoever, even for the most common wear parts.
For my last service appointment, when I brought in my scooter, they told me that not all the ordered parts had arrived, so the vehicle was stuck at the shop.
This time, for a simple burnt-out bulb, they had to order it, and a week later, I found out that the head office was also out of stock.
I sent an email beforehand to check elsewhere, and while I was out of town, I picked up an identical bulb from a more reliable supplier.
And that's it for Yamaha.

A top team, not just there to sell, always good advice and top-notch mechanical service with a more than qualified workshop manager who is accommodating in terms of deadlines and prices that are more than reasonable.
