I bought my ADX125 from Biarritz Moto, and from the very beginning, every time I've been there, I've always received excellent service and advice.
They took the time to explain everything to me, let me test ride the vehicles before buying, and answered all my questions.
Today, after a fall, the scooter wouldn't start at all. They came to my house to pick it up, and they took care of the repair and repaired it the same day.
As a business owner in the Bayonne-Anglet-Biarritz area, there's a high demand, and it's difficult to be so available. I commend Biarritz Moto for their efficiency and professionalism. I highly recommend them.

A major misunderstanding and lack of communication led to a negative experience with this garage for both parties. I do note, however, that the owner offered a gesture of goodwill, for which I thank her.
It's the circumstances surrounding my repair that left me with such a negative impression. But aside from this inconvenience, the work on my vehicle was well done.

I don't know what you did to my bike, but I don't think it's much.
Avoid this garage.
My bike breaks down every other day. I really don't know what you did, other than taking my money.
It has the same problem as before I went into this garage.
We still came by a second time so you could take a look, but obviously "it was fine."
Well, it continues almost every day.
I'm just going to go elsewhere to get the real problem fixed.

I left my MBK Booster in for an oil leak and to have it prepped for its MOT (French roadworthiness test). The verdict: €429 for a 50cc scooter, including 4 hours of labor. A hefty price, but I paid—thinking the service would be professional.
However, when I picked up the scooter, I noticed that all the grime from the leak was still there, around the engine. Not even a wipe down. I made a simple, polite comment: "At that price, a minimum of cleaning would have been appreciated."
(Parts had been removed but not cleaned.) And then the garage employee jumped on me, with a haughty tone and a contemptuous attitude, as if I had no right to ask a single question.
It's not just an exorbitant bill. It's a complete lack of respect. I was treated condescendingly, as if all I was good for was whipping out my credit card and keeping quiet.
A garage to avoid. If you expect a minimum of professionalism, transparency and respect for the customer: run away.

The receptionist was very unpleasant, condescending, and condescending, sharing her supposed expertise when that's not what we were asking for. A little empathy would have been appreciated.
