Since I bought my Ducati, they've always taken excellent care of me and the bike. Special mention to Adrien and the technical staff who are always fantastic, welcoming, smiling, and friendly! It's a pleasure to have a dealership like this that ensures quality workmanship and a great customer experience.
My bike was no longer under warranty, but a large part of the repair was still covered, thanks to Adrien's professionalism and Ducati's premium service.

I've been there for several things (A2 license restriction and maintenance) on my 2010 Ducati 696. They've always been excellent!
They're always available by phone and take the time to explain what they're doing and what needs to be done on my motorcycle.
Each time, they only do what's necessary. And above all, they do it very well!
They gave me good advice on what to change or check next.
When I had to wait an hour, they put me in a quiet corner with a newspaper, TV, and coffee.
Honestly, I'll go back without hesitation for my motorcycle's annual maintenance. Their prices are more than reasonable for the quality of their work and their knowledge of this beautiful Italian brand.
