I went there in early September 2025 because my scooter's brakes had stopped working. They assured me everything was fine. The vehicle inspection a month later: they said to urgently replace the discs and brakes. Completely unprofessional.

The biggest scammers in history: avoid!
My scooter broke down almost 3 years ago. I pushed it to the garage in Clichy.
I was told it needed an engine repair because there was no oil in the crankcase, with a repair estimate of over €800. I decided to take it home and deal with it later. In the end, it sat in my garage all that time. I decided to repair it this year, expecting a hefty sum to pay.
I took it to a Peugeot garage, which told me it wasn't repaired at all.
New battery, spark plug, anti-interference system with oil/fluid levels, and the scooter runs like clockwork.
Conclusion: I spent 3 years without a scooter and was one step away from being scammed out of €800!
I was a customer of Doc Biker in Montrouge, formerly République, for several years and with different scooters, and I had complete confidence in this motorcycle/scooter chain.
Don't come looking for pseudo-excuses in my comment, trying to cover up your dishonesty or blatant incompetence!
Don't hesitate to get several quotes by going elsewhere.
