Very disappointed with my LS2 helmet purchase.
I bought an LS2 helmet with a stated 5-year warranty. Unfortunately, the seller never told me that the warranty had to be activated on the brand's website for it to be valid.
Two years after purchase, the helmet strap is starting to fray, and the micrometric buckle is no longer working properly (the first notch is no longer secure).
I contacted customer service, but the problem was dismissed on the grounds that the warranty hadn't been activated online—information I never received at the time of purchase.
This is very unfortunate, especially for a brand I thought was reputable. This wasn't my first purchase from them, but it will be my last.

I came today and was very touched by Hélène and Émilie's kindness. Their smiles and good humor are contagious! They put me at ease and gave me excellent advice. I bought my Suzuki there about ten years ago and I entrust them with my servicing with complete confidence. Motorcyclists enjoy browsing the showroom areas, perhaps even getting a head start on choosing their next ride. I recommend them.
