A huge thank you to the team at the Horizon BMW Gennevilliers. We rented a R1300GS from the dealership for 2 weeks. The communication leading up to the rental was amazing, with extremely prompt and helpful responses from Victor, who was in charge of the rentals. On the first day of our rental, we lost one of our panniers on my personal motorcycle (we rented 1 and had 1 personal motorcycle) and though there was no need for him to help us, Victor and the team went above and beyond to find us a solution to ensure that we were able to continue our journey safely by securing the remaining pannier as best as they could. It was our first time touring on motorcycles and when you encounter situations like this, it can be very discouraging to continue. And had it not been for the team, i do not think it would have gone as smooth as it did.
