I called in at this dealership while travelling through France on my way to Calais. My moto developed a oil leak from oil tank feed pipe to engine.
Hoping for a quick fix proved frustrating. First the mechanic wanted to fix it with self amalgamating tape? Then decided to take pipe off to make repairs. This resulted in a lot of removal óf parts and forcing sub frame to move away from oil tank. I had to leave in the end, I couldn't stand the horror. Next morning the repaired pipe was replaced and instead of testing with small amount of oil he filled it up. Leaking worse than when I took it in.
He then decided to make the repair I had suggested in first place.
€550 for all this.
I set of on Autoroute only for all my power to fail. The earth strap was loose and oil was leaking out of oil tank. Too much oil.
Popping and banging next. Air box was pulled of carbs.
€550 euros. Was it because it was a Yamaha or being English,?

Purchased a new 2025 Kawasaki ZX6R in June.
Unfortunately, it wasn't in my preferred color due to lack of availability. (So the dealership wasn't at fault.)
I'm satisfied with this dealership and how my purchase went.
To be honest, there was a minor issue following the recall campaign. (It's worth noting that with any purchase, there's always a risk of problems.)
What's important, however, is how the problem is handled!
And that will vary from place to place, from person to person.
And that's where it's important to highlight that Salva remained professional and resolved my issue.
In addition to resolving the problem, he managed to improve the initial purchase by getting the color I originally wanted, which wasn't mandatory.
