After ordering a complete top case (rack + top case) from Acromoto for €268 including VAT, plus €85 for labor, I was asked to pay extra for a part not included in the quote: a top case cover for €78 including VAT.
During the installation, the mechanic called me over to ask if I still had the original plastic cover from when I bought my scooter in 2016. Since I never had it, he explained that the installation wouldn't be neat. On-site, I was criticized for not having asked for this part for almost ten years.
I pointed out that, as a non-professional, it's the garage's responsibility to inform me of the necessary parts in the quote, rather than forcing me to pay extra during the service. A compromise was eventually reached, but my scooter remains open at the brake light. (See photos)
The problem isn't the price of the part, but the way they charged me. The mechanic's only "excuse" was that it was his colleague's fault for not checking that I actually had the part before placing the order, but that they would be more vigilant with future customers.
As I was leaving, they also told me about an oil leak and that the front brake pads needed replacing, even though a complete service and new brake pads had been done elsewhere in June 2025.
Conclusion: unprofessional service considering the price I paid.

A dealership just the way we like them. The welcome was professional, right down to the last detail. The motorcycle was delivered with all the necessary explanations and no pressure regarding the time spent. The salesperson even took the time to install the phone holder.
