Last week when on a trip to Picos de Europa, I was confronted with a severe technical issue. My road assistance insurance contacted some 4 to 5 BMW Motorrad dealers in the surrounding area if they could help me out. BMW Azzurro was the only one willing to make time to help me out!!! The team, with special thanks to Louis!, did their utmost during the Friday and Saturday to put me on the road again. Unfortunately due to a non delivery of their parts supplier they did not succeed, but nevertheless they went above and beyond expectations to help me. Therefore I want to express my sincere thanks to Louis and the entire BMW Azzurro team for their efforts!!! Something we motor riders all would appreciate in times when mechanical malheur strikes us while being on a trip!
