I came in a month ago about an unusual noise on my 2008 Xmax 125 and I met a rather rushed and bitter person who seemed to be the manager or the owner of the garage. The scooter had barely started when he told me, "It's the connecting rod. You've been driving without oil. The scooter is dead, there's no point in repairing it."
I was very surprised by his response, knowing that the scooter only has 20,000 km on the clock and the oil has always been checked.
The person decided to check the oil, but the cap was seized, making it difficult to unscrew. That's when a string of name-calling came out of his mouth, insinuating that my scooter was "tampered with," and therefore concluding that "it's crap."
Shocked by his lack of professionalism, I left with my scooter without any concrete solution. After contacting someone else, it turned out that the problem could be fixed in 10 minutes by simply changing the timing belt tensioner.
Conclusion: I won't be going back there again, and this person should take a long vacation or consider changing careers.

The entire team is fantastic and very understanding. They're the best Yamaha dealership in the region after I'd tried several others for after-sales service and maintenance on my vehicles. I've finally found the best. Thank you to the whole team. I recommend them without hesitation.

I've bought several motorcycles from them and I also have all my servicing done there. The team is very friendly, dynamic, and efficient. I had some electronic issues with my bike, and they fixed it in one day. I'm really happy with their service and will continue to use them.
