The Best KTM Shop in town. Ready to race 👍

A super friendly welcome.
Advice that doesn't pressure you into buying things, but rather helps you make the right choice for your motorcycle.
A friendly, understanding, and helpful workshop team who explain what they're doing to your bike and why.
In an industry where it's becoming difficult to trust dealerships and salespeople, I have complete confidence in this team. I'm a new customer and I'll remain a KTM customer in Metz until I switch brands. Having ridden KTMs for 10 years, I don't think that's on the cards anytime soon.
Thank you all!

Too bad zero stars isn't possible. Deplorable reception. You shouldn't call them to get news about repairs on your motorcycle that is over there in the workshop because I quote: "you are disturbing us". The "manager" thinks he is a big MR and allows himself to try to belittle customers. And to finish 104 per hour of labor for a call to KTM France because they don't know how to do a fault finding and 104 euros of labor for the replacement of a sensor and a battery. To avoid.........

I went there to have my dirt bike completely serviced. I knew I had an oil leak from a crankcase gasket and that I needed to replace it. It's a small, inexpensive service. I went back two weeks later to pick it up. Once there, they told me they'd changed the gasket, done a complete checkup, cleaned the carburetor, and informed me that the threads near the engine block that hold my exhaust were worn. At the time, I was stupid; I didn't ask why they hadn't done it. Anyway, the mechanic told me it wasn't a big deal and that I could ride like that as long as one of the two springs held.
I didn't use the bike for three weeks after that; I waited for nice weather to start it. Once started, I let it warm up slowly, and I noticed that the carburetor was leaking gas. I turn off my fuel tap and try to figure out why it's leaking even though they've cleaned it, knowing it was working perfectly well before. I go for a ride and feel a dip in the throttle. When I stop, I realize the carburetor is leaking badly. I rush home and start disassembling the carburetor and exhaust.
I don't know much about motocross mechanics, but one thing is certain: when someone tells you it's not a big deal to ride with a spring, and once you take it apart, you realize your seals are completely worn and the carburetor needle isn't regulating the fuel properly, it's annoying. Over €300 for servicing when properly checking the carburetor and exhaust would have taken them 20 minutes. I'll let you judge for yourself, but I find it shameful for an authorized KTM garage not to have had the courage to rethread and replace two seals. I don't congratulate you. 👎👎👎
