A very, very bad experience. I went to buy a jacket, and it took an hour and a half without any help from the sales assistant, even though I asked for it. I went back a few days later, thinking maybe it was just an off day. Ugh! I asked her if I could go outside with the jacket to see if it was warm enough, and she started criticizing me, shaking her head, and rolling her eyes in a very annoyed expression. A terrible sales assistant. If you don't need anything, go there; otherwise, run away!
