Looking to trade in my motorcycle for a Versys 1100, I stumbled upon this dealership quite by chance, as it's the only Kawasaki dealership in the Montélimar area.
The team was very welcoming and readily let me test ride a Versys for an hour on the local backroads. The dealer gave excellent advice.
After receiving a fair offer for my old motorcycle, I signed the papers and I don't regret it at all.
Furthermore, their service rates (1000 km service within two weeks of purchase) are competitive, and they always greet you with a smile and offer you a test ride while you wait.
So, to sum it up, a fantastic experience!
Don't change a thing ;)

I do not recommend this place for the welcome. I do not question their work but the welcome from the manager is deplorable. For a nail in the tire several dealerships offered me a repair which has been done to date. Here I am directly offered the tire change even though my tire is still almost new. That's it

I dropped by the dealership unexpectedly because of a problem with the mounting bracket on my exhaust, and I received a fantastic welcome. The manager helped me by finding exactly the screws I needed, was incredibly responsive, and really easygoing in his approach. You can immediately tell he's passionate about what he does, plus he has a great sense of humor; it's a pleasure to find professionals like that. Thanks again!

I wanted to thank the entire team for their welcome but especially for the quality of their diagnosis and their perseverance. I brought them my AK 550 with an electrical fault that was not at all obvious and they did not count the time invested in research. They ended up finding and fixing the problem. Thank you gentlemen.
