Thank you for your service today.. you have helped a tourist and a former worker at BMW… a special thanks to Noa Lucas and Hamza Ayadi who helped a lot… and thanks to the mechanic and all the staff in your company.. only little complaint is the music in the showroom.. 😂… you can get a better and much cheaper solution at my company

One of the most beautiful BMW dealership in the South-east of France. They offer aftersales services for your BMW/MINI (both mechanical work and maintenance) , car and motorbike rental and the sell of used and new cars. The service is really great and professional. You should visit!

I recently needed an emergency repair and the BMW Bayern Avenue team did everything they could to help me resume my interrupted vacation. Starting with the ladies at the reception who with a coffee and a little smile brought my spirits back up and continuing to Mr. Hamza (I hope I didn't get his name wrong) who is a true professional, the entire staff was absolutely up to the BMW brand name. A special mention to the technician who carried out the repair and whose name I didn't remember, thank you very much to you and everyone in the team, I can say that I didn't lose a day of my vacation but gained an unforgettable experience!

The worst customer service I have ever experienced in a car dealership (I am a former automotive executive).
I literally wasted 2 hours of my time to hear, after waiting for 40 minutes, sorry we can’t service the car before next week.
All I needed was brakes, battery and oil change.
It might takes 30 minutes with slow mechanics.
While I was waiting, I was not approached by a single individual working there, neither they asked if I might needed something or if I wanted a coffee considering that they made me root there?!
An old French couple entered like 20 minutes after me, with no appointment and of course they were welcomed and provided with immediate support.
We will definitely never buy a car from this dealership again, total rookies, they should not be able to manage a brand like BMW.
I would not make this team sell a Toyota Prius, embarrassing.

I came on January 2 second with a tire issue. (Screw was in the tire). From reception , to taking care of the car / tire all was done in a very friendly way. As a French working in Germany, I never got such service all with smile and positive attitude in car dealership. BMW can be proud to have such staff. All solved rather quickly despite not having appointment . Special thanks to the receptionist and Philippe : Really Great Customer Experience !
